Келлингом гипотеза, согласно которой небольшой беспорядок в районе города, напр., разбитое окно, мусор на улице, служит сигналом агрессивно настроенным людям, в том числе молодежи, небрежного отношения жителей округи к своему району и ведет к росту преступности, а в конечном итоге, к захламлению и деградации этой территории)
